CHANCELLERY (2026)
Lieutenant General Baron Roman Fedorovich Ungern-Sternberg. Born on January 10, 1886. Executed by the Bolsheviks on September 15, 1921. A man of legend. A man of myth. He was 36 years old at the time of his death. He knew no age, no decay, no senility. His life, which took place during the most dramatic period in the history of Russia in the 20th century, passed like a piercing arrow. It disappeared without a trace behind the horizon of the exotic landscapes of Mongolia, Siberia, and the Far East, where Baron Ungern-Sternberg waged a doomed war against the Reds even when everyone else had given up and accepted defeat. Everyone, but not him. Ungern-Sternberg hated the liberals and the Bolsheviks with a fierce passion. For him, there was only one oath: the oath to the Russian Tsar and the Russian Empire. And no matter how the politics turned out, he was a true white officer who remained loyal to the Tsar even when the Tsar was no longer there, or when the Tsar refused to be the Tsar.
I ORDER: to establish a special veneration of Baron Ungern-Sternberg in the Order and to keep his memory alive.
The General of the Order Alexander

On April 1, 1939, the radio station in Burgos broadcast a message that was later reprinted by all newspapers in the Francoist zone: «As of today, the Red Army has been captured and disarmed, and the National Forces have taken control of the last military installations. The war is over. Burgos, April 1, 1939, the year of victory. Generalissimo Franco.»
